The Life of King Henry the Fifth • Paragraph 2
Stage 1 of 6

Read it through once

Gentlemen of England, I am come to know What the king will have done with me: for my places, I have them not; and what I am I am, An enemy to all the world, whoever speaks Against my person. I do repent me that I was ever In any thing so misled: and yet I do not Deny that I have been a fault to the king, and to you all, By my riot and my ill-beseeming habits. But let that pass; the time shall show, and the king, I am the king's servant, and was ever so. (Enter KING HENRY V, with Lord Bardolph, Nym, and Pistol)
